Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the KeysBook mobile application (the "Service") operated by KeysBook ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using KeysBook, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

KeysBook grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Service

3. Your Data & Responsibility

KeysBook stores all your credentials and sensitive data locally on your device using AES-256-GCM encryption. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device, PIN, and any biometric authentication you configure. We strongly recommend that you keep regular backups of your data. KeysBook is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device loss, damage, factory reset, or any other circumstance outside our control.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KeysBook and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of KeysBook.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. KeysBook does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KeysBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by KeysBook. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of your operating jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
